Dr. Hans Tu, Neurologist / Stroke physician

Dr Tu is a consultant neurologist at the Western Health practising in general neurology and stroke medicine. He completed his neurology training at the Box Hill Hospital, Footscray Hospital and Monash Medical Centre followed by further training in stroke medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

He is an honorary research fellow at the Melbourne Brain Centre, the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has a number of publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals and continues to actively participate in clinical stroke research.

He is a foundation member of the Victorian Department of Health Stroke Telemedicine program that provides guidance for acute stroke management to a large number of Victorian emergency departments without local neurology support.
